About our partner beneficiaries
ROHEI Foundation
The ROHEI Foundation is a non-profit organization, licensed by the Child Placement Agency, that shows support for both adoption and foster care. They give value to the current orphan crisis in the Philippines by coming up with solutions that may help alleviate the said problem. Their main response is to mold programs that can provide holistic care for soon to be Mamas in crisis. Moreover, a part of their solution is to rescue babies before abandonment and disownment, and guide families when they wish to undergo the adoption journey.
Save the Children
Save the Children is identified to be the world’s leading independent children’s organization who has been active for forty years and counting. They are well dedicated in helping children – protecting and supporting them when they are in need, and responds to emergencies to save them. They are also very vocal for children’s rights and have similar views on global vision and strategy towards better lives for children in the Philippines and the entire world.
Why we chose to support their advocacies
These two organizations are believed to encompass the variety of products offered by edamama.
For ROHEI Foundation, given that they are crafting projects for orphans, neglect, and abandoned children, their mission revolves around providing shelter, care, and guidance in finding permanent homes for these children. To add to the orphan care project, they also wish to tackle orphan prevention by extending holistic care for pregnant women in crisis.
The role of edamama will step in by supplying the organization with the necessary resources to support and make the projects more effective. In their wishlist, newborn needs – onesies, diapers, and new mom items like maternity pads and feminie wash are included.
At the same time, Save the Children advocates for children’s education and their nutrition. They are highly giving importance to early childhood quality education by voicing out to parents and child carers to continue learning at home. Moreover, they work in addressing nutritional needs of Filipino children by running their projects in hygiene, nutrition, and also hosting feeding and assessment programs.
Edamama can help the organization with their resources as well by ticking off items in their wishlist such as learning materials, specifically education toys and books. Also, basic hygiene needs like soap and toothpaste are included in the list.

Follow these steps to start granting the wishes of our partner beneficiaries:
- Log in to your edamama account and click on the Gift Registry link for your chosen organization.
- Click on the “Buy Gift” of the item you wish to donate. You may also choose the quantity you wish to purchase.
- Add a note for the organization in the bottom of the Gift List. Afterwards, click on “Buy Selected Gifts” to checkout.
- Choose your preferred payment option and then click “Place Order.” Shipping fee will be free!
- Track your donations by getting updates from edamama via email.
