HOW TO MEASURE FOR FLANGE SIZE:

• Step 1: After breastfeeding, measure your nipple tip with a ruler in millimeters (excluding the areola part).

• Step 2: Add 2mm-4mm to your nipple measurement for allowance. Example: 20mm + (2mm-4mm) = 22mm-24mm This is your flange size. If you are in-between sizes, get the bigger size. Example: Measurement is 25mm, and your flange size is 28mm.

• Notice: Please measure accordingly using our sizing guide in the photos. It's possible for the size of the nipple tip to change over time, and it's also possible for the left and right nipples to have different sizes. Using the insert is really a trial-and-error process, size, so it's advisable to purchase multiple sizes. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of used nipple inserts for hygiene reasons.

HOW TO CLEAN: GENTLY wash with baby bottle detergent and water.

HOW TO USE: Push the Youha insert into the flange all the way to the end. Press the flange insert so it can lay flat against the wall of the flange.

HOW TO REMOVE: Gently lift one side of the neck area, then twist and pull.

SUGGESTION. Please exchange the parts regularly. It is recommended to use it for 3 months. Replace immediately when there is a crack or tear.
