Application:

Daily care for women over 50. Use like a normal shower gel for the intimate area. Rub a few drops of sebamed intimate wash lotion into a soft foam in your hand. Gently cleanse the external genital area and rinse off the foam thoroughly. Also suitable for use as a sitz bath by adding a few drops to the bath water.
