1. Promo period is from Dec. 1-16. Customers are entitled to 1 daily raffle entry for every P1,000 spend on the edamama, in app or in store.
- Customers who meet the minimum purchase online are automatically included in the raffle.

2. Customers may create multiple transactions per day, online and offline, to gain more raffle entries.
3. There will be 14 lucky winners in total, 11 daily raffle winners and 3 grand raffle winners:
- Dec. 1-11 - Daily raffle: Customers who meet the minimum spend on any of these days will be eligible to win the prize indicated for their day of purchase.
- Dec. 12-16 - Grand raffle: Customers who meet the minimum spend from Dec. 12-16 are eligible to be chosen as 1 of the 3 grand prize winners.
4. Customers with successful registration will receive a confirmation message.

- Draws will be held within 14 days from the promo dates.
6. All daily raffle and grand raffle winners will be drawn via electronic raffle on Dec. 27, at 3:00pm via Google Meets virtual call supervised by an edamama representative and a DTI Representative.

8.Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by edamama.
9. Raffle prizes can be transferable but not convertible to cash or vice-versa.
10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and or SMS. Winner’s names will also be posted on edamama's Instagram and Facebook pages.
11. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
12. Prizes will be delivered directly to the winner's registered address free of charge.
13. The winner must take a photo or video of the prizes received; post it on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok; and tag edamama.
14. All MotherNurture Inc. Employees , Ad agencies, affiliates, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.
- Disqualification clause: MotherNurture Inc reserves the right to refuse awarding of raffle entries that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent transactions WITH CONCURRENCE OF DTI.
- Only entries that meet the minimum purchase requirement will be counted.
