Instruction For Use:

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before touching the breastmilk storage bag. Dry hands with a fresh towel.  Avoid touching the inside of the storage bag.

2. Tear off the tamper-evident seal to open the breastmilk storage bag.

3. Pour expressed milk into the bag up to a maximum of 200ml / 7oz because breastmilk expands when it freezes.

4. Squeeze out the excess air in the breastmilk storage bag.  Seal up the double zipper.

5. Clearly label the breastmilk with the date it was expressed.

6. Store in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible.

To Warm Breastmilk:

1. In order to preserve the components of breastmilk, thaw in the refrigerator overnight or by holding the bag under running warm water(max 37°C or 99 °F). Place the thawed breastmilk storage bag into a cup, jug or bowl of lukewarm water for a few minutes to bring it to body temperature. Alternatively, use a bottle warmer.

2. The icon of blue snowflakes disappear when the breastmilk is at its feeding temperature (around 37 °C or 99 °F).

3. Tear / cut the pour spout. Pour the thawed breastmilk into the feeding bottle. If milk fat has separated, gently swirl before feeding.

4. Do not allow the temperature to go above 42°C or 108°F when the icon of pink milk bottle disappears.

5. Once breast milk is brought to room temperature or warmed after storing in the refrigerator or freezer, it should be used within 2 hours.
